How do I create an account?

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with email, Google, or Apple Sign-In.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the email instructions.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and processed within 30 days.

Practice & Rank Match

What is the difference between Practice and Rank Match?

Practice is unlimited (within plan limits) and reveals answers immediately. Rank Match is a weekly tournament: 20 questions, results contribute to the weekly ranking.

Why do I see fewer exams than the Japanese version?

Some exams are Japan-only (real estate license, certified tax accountant, etc.) and are hidden in the English UI. Switch to the Japanese UI from Settings → Language to see all 200+ exams.

Are English versions available for all exams?

English question content is rolling out gradually. Existing English-language exams (TOEIC, JLPT-en, IELTS, AWS, Azure, PMP, etc.) are already available in English. Other exams will be migrated over time.

Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel from your App Store or Google Play account at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. The app cannot cancel directly.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are subject to the platform's policy. Contact App Store / Google Play support directly.

Language

How do I switch the app language?

Settings → Language. Your preference syncs across devices when you sign in.
