1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. Account

3. Acceptable Use

4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your store account. Refunds are subject to the policy of the platform you purchased through.

AI-generated questions and explanations are provided for personal study only. Redistribution, republishing, or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors. You should verify critical information against official exam materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
